Unique Wealth, LLC, a registered investment advisor based in Tampa, Florida, reported approximately $10.4 million in Bitcoin holdings in its latest 13F-HR filing with the SEC. The firm did not buy coins and store them in a vault. It bought Bitcoin through spot ETFs, the route most wealth managers now use to put crypto in client portfolios.
The filing was submitted on October 16, 2026, and covers the third quarter of 2026.
What the filing shows
A 13F-HR is a quarterly report. Institutional investment managers use it to tell the SEC what securities they hold. Unique Wealth’s snapshot shows Bitcoin exposure spread across spot Bitcoin ETFs. The largest is the Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB), valued at roughly $5.3 million. Next is BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), at about $2.1 million. Together, the two funds make up the bulk of the firm’s reported Bitcoin position.
The preference for Bitwise over BlackRock stands out. IBIT gets most of the attention in the spot ETF market, but Unique Wealth put more money into BITB.
A spot Bitcoin ETF holds actual Bitcoin and issues shares that trade on a regular stock exchange. An advisor can buy those shares in the same brokerage account that holds index funds and bonds.
A small slice of a larger portfolio
The position is real money, but it is small next to the firm’s total book. As of the second quarter of 2026, Unique Wealth’s overall portfolio was valued at approximately $858 million. The firm, registered with the SEC under number 801-120294, manages around $966 million in assets under management.
The two figures measure different things. The $858 million is the reported portfolio value from the quarterly filing. The $966 million figure covers the firm’s broader assets under management.
The firm’s assets have grown steadily, climbing from under $200 million in late 2022 to nearing $1 billion by early 2026. It serves retail and high-net-worth clients.
