1. Informational nature of the Platform
Toscale is an informational and research platform. We publish market data, news aggregation, rankings, analytics, and educational or reference materials related to digital assets and crypto markets.
The Platform does not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or inducement to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, product, or service.
We do not force, pressure, or require you to take any action. Use of the Platform is voluntary. Any decision you make based on information from the Platform is made solely at your own discretion and risk.
2. No brokerage, custody, or advisory relationship
Toscale is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, portfolio manager, or investment advisor. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold your funds or assets, or manage wallets for you through the public research website.
Where the Platform links to third-party services (including exchanges, wallets, apps, or tools), those services are provided by independent operators under their own terms. Toscale is not responsible for third-party products, availability, pricing, execution, or outcomes.
3. Accuracy and availability of information
Market data, prices, volumes, rankings, news, and other content may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Information may come from third-party sources that we do not control.
We do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose. You should independently verify information before relying on it.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Platform, other users, or third parties.
You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive manner, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform, or use it to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform design, branding, software, and original content are owned by Toscale or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not misrepresent the source or alter the meaning of the content.
You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Digital assets and crypto markets involve significant risk, including possible loss of value. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toscale and its affiliates, team members, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content on it — including losses related to trading, investment decisions, data inaccuracy, downtime, or third-party services.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Toscale for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
